A customer-focused professional with a background in Business Centres or Serviced Offices is required to join a dynamic, service-led office space provider in Glasgow.
As Business Centre Manager, you will be overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer retention. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong commercial insight and a proactive approach.
What You'll Bring to the Team
Experience in a Business Centre or Serviced Office environment.
Strong background in customer-facing, service-driven roles.
Excellent understanding of centre financial performance.
Commercial mindset and ability to spot growth opportunities.
Confident, personable, and able to manage a site independently.
What You'll Be Doing
Representing and managing the business centre on a day-to-day basis.
Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Managing profit and loss for the centre.
Supporting business growth and maximising revenue per desk.
Coordinating facilities and maintenance as needed.
