The Role:
As an HR Assistant, youll play a key role in keeping day-to-day HR operations running smoothly. From recruitment support to onboarding and employee records, youll get a broad range of experience while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting the recruitment process: advertising roles, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates
* Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding
* Maintaining and updating employee records and HR systems
* Helping coordinate training and development activities
* Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
* Responding to general HR queries from employees and managers
* Supporting employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
What We're Looking For:
1. 612 months experience in a HR or administrative role (internships welcome)
