Responsibilities
* Assess, diagnose, develop and implement individualised care programmes for patients with a wide variety of clinical needs, including vascular problems, diabetes, rheumatology and musculoskeletal conditions.
* Deliver podiatric care in community clinics and domiciliary settings throughout Ealing.
* Plan and manage your own domiciliary caseload and support podiatry assistants, newly qualified staff and students.
* Provide high‑standard quality clinical care independently and within a team.
* Collaborate with specialist leads to support care plans and create pathways for complex caseloads.
* Provide education and training to patients, other podiatry staff and multidisciplinary team members.
* Recognise and manage high‑risk patients, biomechanical/musculoskeletal conditions and nail surgery.
* Screen and treat patients with acute and chronic diabetic/non‑diabetic foot problems, peri‑operative amputations, neuropathic, vascular, rheumatological, immunological, dermatological, neurological and mental health problems.
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of professional and national guidelines, current best practice and engage in continued professional development and clinical audit.
Qualifications & Experience
* BSc/Diploma in Podiatry and HCPC registration.
* Twelve months continuous experience in a wide range of podiatry specialisms.
* Enthusiastic, highly motivated, able to work autonomously and highly organised.
* Strong interest in continued professional development and CPD.
