FinTech Recruitment Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Aberdeen for a full-time and permanent Leasing Assistant to join their established team. Hours of Work: 35 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (1 hour lunch break) Main duties include: Dealing with enquiries from Landlords, Tenants and contractors and organising work to be carried out for properties including repairs. Sending Inspection Reports to Landlords. Organising gas safety and other certification required for leased properties to comply with legislation. Advertising of lease properties to websites. Preparing Lease Agreements and dealing with Tenant move ins (checking references etc.) Processing rent and invoices and taking payments from Tenants. Covering out of office emergency phone on-call once in 4 weeks Requirements: Driving License Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred but not essential Strong IT skills
