Overview
Night care brings a different kind of rhythm — focused, calm, and attentive. While others rest, you’ll be supporting those who need care, comfort, and reassurance through the night. At CrossReach, we know that a kind voice or a gentle helping hand at 3am can mean the world — and as a Night Care Worker, you’ll be part of those quiet, essential moments.
You don’t need to be loud or outgoing — you just need to care. If you’re naturally alert, calm and good in a team, we’d love to support you to thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
* Check in on residents and respond to individual needs overnight
* Provide personal care with warmth, privacy and respect
* Offer reassurance to those who may feel anxious or unsettled
* Record key information and help keep everything running smoothly
What we’re looking for
* A steady, compassionate person who works well under pressure
* Someone who takes pride in their work and brings thoughtfulness to every task
* Experience is helpful, but not essential — we provide full training
* Availability for night shifts as part of a team rota
PVG scheme and SSSC registration are required — we’ll guide you through it.
