Hours: 37 hours per week

About the Role
To lead the strategic management and development of the airport’s asset portfolio, ensuring optimal performance, compliance, and alignment with long-term growth plans such as the airport’s Masterplan.
Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy covering infrastructure, buildings, equipment, and land.
Align asset plans with airport masterplans, sustainability goals, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments (operations, engineering, finance) and external partners (contractors, regulators).
Communicate asset performance and plans to senior leadership team at DSA.
Key responsibilities include:
* Oversee the lifecycle management of airport assets including buildings, infrastructure, and tenant properties.
* Drive asset optimisation strategies to support operational efficiency and commercial growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote development opportunities across the airport estate.
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and industry standards.
The successful Candidate:
We’re looking for a dynamic individual with extensive leadership experience in asset management, capital delivery, or infrastructure development within aviation, transport, or regulated environments. Proven track record of delivering large-scale capital programmes on time and within budget. Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and consultants under frameworks. Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a problem-solving mindset. High integrity and commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build collaborative relationships. Demonstrates inclusive leadership and supports diversity and equality in the workplace.
Enhanced Level DBS Disclosure and Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) is required for appointment to this post. Confirmation of this appointment is also subject to a medical assessment.
