Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum DOE
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll:
* Provide high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle: from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll and HR system support.
* Be a first point of contact for HR queries, providing clear advice and signposting where needed.
* Create and share engaging internal communications – including staff newsletters, intranet updates, and campaign content that connects and informs colleagues across the organisation.
* Support reward and recognition schemes, wellbeing initiatives, and employee voice activities.
* Play a key part in improving how we work by keeping our HR systems accurate and up to date, supporting the reporting of HR metrics.
