What you’ll be doing
as a Water Regulation Inspector
1. Carry out inspections both reactive and proactive, contributing to our regulatory targets.
2. Auditing of approved plumbers, monitoring competency and customer care being
3. Auditing reduced-pressure zone valve installations
4. Direct involvement in high-risk/high-profile investigations, complex cases associated with confirmed water quality contamination.
5. Support the notifications received by the business in relation to plumbing alterations carried out.
Base location: Your base location can be flexible depending on where you live and this will be discussed with the successful candidate. (ashford common)
Working hours: 7:30am to 3:36pm, Monday to Friday
What you should bring to the role
6. Relevant industry background and understanding of the business would be advantageous.
7. Sound working knowledge of Health and Safety regulations will be beneficial
8. City and Guilds Craft certificate in Plumbing or NVQ equivalent would be advantageous
9. Valid driving license
