We're now looking for Customer Service Colleagues to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Checking passenger travel documentation at check-in area and boarding gate for acceptance
* Representing the airline and providing an exceptional level of customer service, making the passengers' journey positively memorable
* Consistently delivering the highest customer service
* Reinforcing rules for oversized luggage, ensuring the correct fees apply if the size/weight is over allowances
* Assisting passengers during flight disruptions (delays, cancellations), overbooking and any other incidence
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in customer service desirable, preferably in the travel industry
* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
* Are confident dealing with challenging situations
* Work well within a team and have excellent communication skills
* Candidates must be able to attend the assessment day on Monday 6th April

* Be able to provide five years' address history
