We are currently looking for adetail-focused Assembly Operatorto join a friendly and supportive manufacturing team in theHorsham area.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoyshands-on work, precision assembly, and being part of a team producing high-quality products.
What youll be doing:
Assembling small electrical connectors and components
Preparing and applying adhesives and silicone sealant
Operating assembly equipment
Packaging and labelling finished products
Supporting stores and general production duties
What were looking for:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good manual dexterity working withsmall components
Previous assembly or production experience (engineering/small batch environment ideal)
Reliable with good timekeeping
Comfortable using a computer
A team player with good communication skills
