Key Responsibilities: As a Recruitmrent & Culture Co-ordinator, you'll: Support across the full employee life cycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. Provide proactive and efficient support to employees, managers, and external partners. Take ownership of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, absence management, and leaver administration. Maintain HR systems and data accuracy to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Collaborate across teams to enhance learning, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.What You'll Bring: Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you're a natural connector who builds trust easily. Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the confidence to take initiative. Tech-savviness and confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with HR systems (SAP or SuccessFactors) would be a plus.
