Contracts Recruitment Consultant – ERP, Tech or Marketing | NQ, Manchester
A leading specialist recruitment consultancy based in Manchester’s vibrant Northern Quarter is on the hunt for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join its close-knit, collaborative team. Backed by one of the world’s largest independently owned recruitment groups, this brand partners with some of the biggest household names across Tech, ERP, D365, Digital, Marketing, and Creative — helping them find the talent that drives real transformation.
With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality contract and permanent hires into diverse sectors — from global retailers like Ted Baker and Domino’s to universities, law firms, manufacturing, and even the public sector — the business is known for its honest, people-first approach and a culture that genuinely puts collaboration before egos.
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting chance for a self-starting 360 recruiter who loves to win new business, grow accounts, and work alongside experienced market leaders — including a Director with 15 years of ERP market knowledge and an impressive network.
As part of an established team with legacy clients and an extensive data pool to tap into, you’ll hit the ground running with plenty of warm leads — but success here relies on your drive to develop your own desk too. Around 50% of deals are split, so you’ll thrive if you enjoy working with others and believe that collaboration beats lone-wolf bravado every time.
* Build and grow a specialist contract or perm desk within ERP, D365, Tech or Marketing — sector experience is flexible if you can sell!
* Win new business and nurture accounts by delivering an honest, relationship-led approach.
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process — from business development to aftercare.
* Share leads and collaborate on deals — maximising every opportunity.
* Become an expert in your market, staying ahead of trends and the competition.
* Represent the brand’s values: people-first, honest, and ego-free.

Who Should Apply?
* 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, ideally within ERP, D365, Tech or Marketing — but open if you have a proven sales track record.
* Confident 360 recruiter who can sell, build, and deliver — not just a delivery consultant.
* Collaborative mindset — you know how to work splits, share leads, and grow accounts together.
* Resilient, honest, and motivated — no big egos or lone wolves needed.
* Ready to hit the ground running, make an impact and grow with a supportive team.
The Process:
Stage 1: An informal chat with a Director — getting to know you, your approach, and what you want from your next move.
Stage 2: A face-to-face interview — a deep dive into your 360 experience, process, billings, and how you win business.
Stage 3: A final cultural fit chat with the Non-Exec Director — making sure you’re the right match for the team’s values.
