Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve not only bartending but also assisting with driving the business forward alongside the Landlady making it essential to have a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
Duties
* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Engage with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
* Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
* Handle cash transactions accurately, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
* Promote a positive atmosphere by being friendly and approachable at all times.
Requirements
* Previous experience in bartending or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
* Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
* A passion for hospitality and helping others, creating memorable experiences for guests.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £9.00-£10.50 per hour
