RECEPTIONIST 6 Month Fixed Term.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a positive, polite and smart individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our amazing journey at Medik8. The ideal candidate will believe in living and breathing exceptional customer service and have that genuine 5-star passion.
Having a bubbly and friendly personality, with a proactive attitude together with excellent
communication skills, means that being the first point of contact will come with ease.

Job share: 2 days per week 08:30 am - 17:00 pm (15 per week)
Life as a Receptionist At Medik8, our receptionist is more than just the front desk. You’ll be the first impression of our Brand and innovation Centre in Aylesbury. You will be professional, approachable and organised,making sure every visitor feels the care and attention we are known for. Reporting directly to the facilities Manager as part of our Facilities team, you will also help keep the workplace running
smoothly behind the scenes.

6 Month Fixed Term.

In more detail your role will include:

* Providing excellent customer service in all interactions ensuring all visitors receive VIP treatment.
* Creates the best possible meeting environment in each room.
Ensures that all rooms and reception area are kept to the highest standards at all
times.
* Manages and coordinates all incoming communication professionally and in
alignment with company culture
* Ensures that the office supplies and canteen areas are consistently well-stocked.
* Manages and orders all company uniform and PPE requirements
* Manages the orders of consumables and stock control for the Facilities and Health & Safety team
* Provides general administration to the wider team
* Handle post and deliveries efficiently
* Assist in adhoc tasks to ensure smooth day to day operations
* Provides ad-hoc cover to job share and head office
* Undertaking specific facilities tasks such as temperature readings, room checks,
cleaning audits and Site Observation Tour
* Acts as a co-ordinator for managing events to ensure a consistent delivery to support the business and providing appropriate PPE, refreshments to support the event.

We would really like to hear from you, if..

* Have proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or
similar role.
* Proficiency in microsoft office or google suite, with strong IT skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise
tasks.
* Good communicator, ability to build relationships across multi-teams
* Some knowledge of Health & Safety and Facilities Management an advantage is
desirable
* A positive, professional attitude and genuine passion for delivering great service
* Ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure
