Aligra is recruiting for a leading automotive parts supplier in the Swindon area, seeking a proactive Automotive Parts Sales Advisor to join their friendly and motivated team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, offering expert advice on automotive parts and ensuring every order is processed accurately and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities:
* Provide excellent, professional customer service, understanding and responding to customer needs
* Offer accurate information and advice on automotive parts to help customers make informed decisions
* Promote and sell company products online, maximising sales opportunities
* Accurately take, process, and fulfil orders, ensuring all details are correct and delivered on time
* Maintain up-to‑date knowledge of products and market trends
* Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve order or delivery issues promptly
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in sales, ideally within the automotive parts or related sectors
* Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
* Confidence with online sales platforms and IT skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a Per Hour
Shifts:
* Monday to Friday
* 08:30 – 17:30
