Vira Health is looking for a driven, proactive, and enthusiastic Clinic Manager to help us deliver exceptional care to women across the UK. Vira Health focuses on midlife women’s health, and is quickly expanding into other areas of women’s health. You’ll play a central role in the day-to-day running of our online clinic, ensuring our patients receive outstanding, compassionate, and efficient care. And you will also have the chance to shape how the company builds and develops new services. You’ll report directly to our Medical Director and work closely with our growing team. Starting as soon as possible, the role can be full-time or part-time (3- to 5-days per week). You can either work from home or with us at our office (London, N5 2EF), or hybrid. What You’ll Be Doing Lead and manage the daily operations of our online clinic, ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and clinicians. Be the go-to clinical contact for our clinicians, to help them manage patient’s care Review HRT and contraception consultations notes, and issue prescriptions where appropriate Triage incoming clinical queries from patients, respond directly when needed, and conduct patient calls to direct them to the right care Help to manage our clinical protocols and policies, and own and update our formulary. Support the Medical Director with service improvements, including audits, training, regulatory work, and the development of new services. Work with the medical Director on clinical governance and patient safety, including by identifying, investigating, and addressing safety issues promptly. (Bonus) Contribute to our growing work in weight management, including GLP-1s and holistic weight loss care. What We’re Looking For You must be a prescriber. Either a doctor, or a nurse or pharmacist with a prescribing qualification. Passionate about digital health and excited to work in a startup environment. Previous experience with online healthcare is highly desirable. Comfortable working online and navigating digital health records Confident with working in a digital environment. We collaborate with our team online, so you must be comfortable with common computer software such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, emails/Slack. A confident communicator with a calm, professional presence. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting attitude. Bonus points if you have experience prescribing HRT, contraception or GLPs, or have worked in a digital healthcare setting. What benefits can I expect at Vira?
