PrepWorld is seeking a Production Team Leader to join our Wednesday–Saturday Day Shift. In this role, you will take daily responsibility for the first‑line management of a section of our Production Team, ensuring smooth, efficient operations within our busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory. You will lead by example, support colleagues on the shop floor, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and help drive continuous improvement across your area.
