The post is to support the Healthy Family Team in the delivery of a universal and targeted 0-19 Healthy Child and Public Health Nursing Programme, delivered in line with National and Local guidelines and public health priorities. Working proactively using a partnership approach to promote health and contribute to tackling health inequalities within the level of competencies required for the post. Willingness to undertake breast feeding training and support feeding groups as required.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Healthy Family Team.
* Assist with the delivery of the National Child Measurement Programme.
* Work flexibly across the Broxtowe District to support team needs.
* Occasional support for children, young people and families in schools or community settings.
* Collate and manage data for health programmes.
Location
The post base is Beeston Health Centre, but successful candidate required to work flexibly across the Broxtowe District.
