Description
We have a fantastic opportunity in Peterborough for a Polisher/ Oven - Rectifier - Backshift, you will be working within our busy Bodyshop team. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals with a self-motivating attitude, with an eye for detail and able to work as part of a team within a busy, fast-moving environment.
Big Motoring World Group is an expanding car supermarket group that is going from strength to strength and is looking to employ a Polisher/Oven - Rectifier at our National Preparation Site. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast and progressive moving group as well as working alongside experienced technicians to help and support.

Responsibilities
* Polishing of new painted panels.
* Rectifying any paint defects
* Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest quality standards
* Ensuring work areas and tools are kept tidy and in good working order
* Maintain high standards of house-keeping
What we are looking for!
* You must have previous experience working as a Polisher/Rectifier within a busy body shop and be a strong team player with a self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
* Good communicative skills and ability to understand and carry out written and verbal instructions.
* You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle techniques.
* Time management and problem solving skills
* Prior experience of working to efficiency targets
* Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details
* Demonstrates an honest and diligent approach to work
* Ability to work as part of a Team
* Take pride and responsibility for your own appearance as well as the appearance and organisation of the site in which you work
* A full, valid UK driving licence is required
