Restructuring Associate (1–4 PQE): We are working with a highly regarded US law firm on a position within their market-leading Restructuring team in the London office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex and high-profile mandates within a Chambers and Legal 500-ranked practice that is consistently recognised among the very best. The team advises a broad range of stakeholders including debtors, creditors, ad hoc and official committees, private equity sponsors, hedge funds, boards of directors, and insolvency practitioners. Their work spans financial restructuring, distressed M&A, debt workouts, insolvency litigation, formal insolvency procedures, and distressed investing. Experience across all of these areas is not required. This position is best suited to an individual with some experience in restructuring or insolvency-related matters who is looking to develop their practice further at the highest level. You will gain exposure to some of the most sophisticated cross-border matters in the market, working closely with partners and receiving top-tier training and support.
