We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven sales and lettings negotiator to join our dynamic highly regarded team.
This position requires strong communication and organisational skills, along with a passion for property
Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
* Conduct viewings, showcasing property features and benefits.
* Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions.
* Provide administrative support including managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.Build and maintain relationships with clients keeping them informed throughout the process.
* Manage property listings ensuring accurate information is presented on social media and all our platforms.
* Utilise IT systems to track Sales update client record manage appointments efficiently.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance and achieve targets.
Experience
* Previous administrative experience is essential for managing the various tasks associated with this role.
* Strong communication skills are required to effectively engage with clients and negotiate deals.
* Excellent organisational skills are necessary to manage multiple properties and client requests efficiently.
* Proven experience in sales or lettings within the residential sector is an advantage but we would welcome enthusiastic individuals looking to break into the industry.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in using property management software Microsoft Office applications etc
* A people driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer care
* Highly motivated and hard-working with a proactive approach to meeting objectives
