Job Title: Senior Domiciliary Care Worker

Care Managers Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality domiciliary care services in Slough and the surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Domiciliary Care Worker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis or part-time, with guaranteed hours.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, following their individual care plans
* Work closely with care managers to develop and implement care plans, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated
* Supervise and support a team of care workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
* Conduct regular assessments of clients\' needs and preferences, and make necessary adjustments to their care plans
* Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for clients
* Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records
* Ensure all care workers are following company policies and procedures, and adhere to all relevant regulations and legislation
* Participate in on-call duties as required
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports
* Continuously strive to improve the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
* Act as a positive role model for care workers, promoting a person-centred and compassionate approach to care
* Assist with recruitment and training of new care workers as needed
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall development of the service
* Provide out-of-hours coordination support when needed
Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Minimum of 2 years\' experience in a domiciliary care setting
* Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to use electronic call monitoring system (ECMS) to complete daily report, review care plan of service users
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Good understanding of relevant regulations and legislation
* Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
* Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and schedules
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
