As a Credit Controller, you will take ownership of managing customer accounts with precision and care, focusing on maximising cash flow while minimising financial risk. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve maintaining detailed records, resolving queries swiftly, and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external customers. Success in this role requires you to be highly organised, responsive to challenges, and committed to driving improvements in debt recovery processes.
Specific duties include:
1. Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring outstanding debts are collected promptly and in accordance with company policy.
