Assistant Manager – Beacon Hill Salary: £13,625 per annum (WTE £22,709 based on 35 hours) Hours: 21 hours per week worked across 3 out of 6 days, including every other Saturday Location: Beacon Hill, Hindhead Are you looking for a job where you can make a real difference? Phyllis Tuckwell’s shops are run by a wonderful and dedicated team of staff and volunteers. An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Shop Manager to help run our highly successful and extremely busy charity shop in Beacon Hill. About You A successful Assistant Manager will have: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with previous customer service experience. • The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team. • Previous experience within a charity or fashion-based organisation, however full training will be provided. • Knowledge of visual merchandising or shop displays. • Have some commercial awareness and a desire to drive business forward within their shop.
