Job Purpose The National Wealth Fund are excited to offer a 12-month Intern Programme within their award-winning HR team. The HR team at NWF act as strategic partners to the business, supporting all aspects of HR. This internship will provide the successful candidate with a strong foundation in all aspects of HR and valuable hands-on work experience. You will have the opportunity to rotate across four key HR areas including HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and HR Business Partnering, working alongside a collaborative, dynamic and fast-paced HR team. You will gain first hand experience on: As the HR intern, you will have the opportunity to rotate across different functions within the HR team. During your rotations, you will learn and be responsible for various HR activities, with the aim of building a well-rounded foundation in HR. Examples include: Updating and maintaining colleague records to ensure compliance with data requirements. Providing administrative support and responding to colleague queries. Supporting end to end recruitment process and contribute to exceptional candidate experience by screening CVs, scheduling interviews, management support as required to ensure seamless process e.g. providing interview packs, best practice guidance, interview support e.g. note taking, joining panel discussions, providing feedback – verbally and written and issuing contracts. Supporting the induction and onboarding process to ensure a best in class colleague experience. Assisting in employee learning and development activities, for example arranging training, drafting invites, content or feedback questionnaires, facilitate sessions as required. Analysing data and providing recommendations. Supporting with rollout of annual employee engagement survey. Providing support during the mid-year and end of year review process, including any training materials required for colleagues or managers. Supporting HR Business Partnering initiatives such as wellbeing, volunteering, policy reviews, providing support in relation to Employment relations matter e.g. attendance / note taking and or discussion, as well as supporting any new initiatives across the Fund.
