Job Purpose The Learning Business Partner will be responsible for designing, delivering and continuously developing learning solutions that strengthen leadership capability, accelerate performance, and drive organisational growth. Working as part of a best-in-class HR function, the role covers the full learning cycle – from identifying needs and designing programmes, through to delivery, evaluation and ongoing improvement. The L&D Partner will work closely with the wider HR team and will also play a key role in embedding digital learning, enabling knowledge sharing across NWF business, and supporting induction, early careers and cross-functional development. This is a hands-on role for an experienced practitioner who is tech-savvy, delivery-focused, and committed to building the strong foundations needed to sustain excellence to support the NWF mission and wider people strategy as the organisation continues to scale. Working with the HR team to support the delivery of the NWF People Strategy and plan, ensuring that the training needs and priorities of NWF are effectively delivered across the Bank and add tangible value. Work closely and collaboratively with HR colleagues, leaders and managers to research, identify, design and deliver blended learning needs and provide solutions accessible to all employees that contribute towards the people strategy and L&D plan including induction, cross functional business awareness, team development, leadership development, coaching and mentoring. Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish and embed the NWF employee engagement framework and behaviours through increased knowledge and ongoing learning opportunities. Build capability across the Fund through effectively creating and delivering innovative and engaging learning content (digital, face-to-face, peer learning, coaching, mentoring) whilst visibly championing behaviours and coaching others. Maintain relationships and communication with key stakeholders across the business as well as project managing delivery solutions and leading on design and delivery of ad-hoc functional learning requests. Manage and facilitate training requests and applications for professional study. Contribute to the development and delivery of early careers initiatives (intern, graduate programmes and apprenticeships), ensuring strong entry-level pipelines. Manage and optimise the Learning Management System (LMS), and Learning Eco Systems ensuring excellent learner experience, adoption and reporting. Curate and create high-quality digital learning content to complement in-house programmes. Introduce and embed tools and platforms that support knowledge sharing, collaboration and communities of practice. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of all learning interventions delivered to continuously improve our offering and deliver ROI. Generate best practice, considering advancements in the learning environment. Continuously review and enhance learning content and programmes based on feedback and changing needs.
