£30k-£32k DOE | Fixed Term Contract Are you an experienced HR professional? As an HR Advisor you will work closely with the People Business Partner, providing support to the business.
The right person will need to be adaptable, willing to help members of staff and happy to be in an environment where no two days are the same.
HR Advisor responsibilities include: -
Provide a professional front-line advisory service that supports employees and managers with HR policies and processes
Maintain positive relationships with the wider business functions
Manage recruitment and onboarding of new employees
General HR and Recruitment processing, updating HR Systems
HR Advisor requirements include: -
Level 3 CIPD qualified
Generalist HR Advisory experience
General awareness of employment law
Proficient user of Microsoft applications, including Excel and Word
Personable and able to easily build rapport with colleagues
