Role Responsibilities
* You will join the kitchen brigade, working in your designated section.
* You will lead your section and your Commis Chefs to produce high quality dishes impeccably prepared and served.
* You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with creating and testing menus, and with achieving departmental targets.
