Responsibilities
* Call customers and assist them with their inquiries.

* Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing merchandise display to attract customers.
* Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
Requirements
* Proficiency in English is essential.
* Highly organised and resilient
* An attentive listener
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Previous experience in sales/ customer services is an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
* Confident building internal networks both with your work friends and wider business
* Adapt well to change
* Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
* A proactive approach to learning about services offered by the company.
