Senior Quantity Surveyor – Bristol / South West

Leading property & construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor based in the South West to work on a battery energy storage site. The site is c300 acres and a greenfield build with a large 1.5km connection in to the transmission substation. It has a c2 year project delivery timescale.
The role long term sits in their Bristol office, so you would need to be happy to be based in the Bristol office in the long term, however the current project would dictate 3 days per week in Exter (travel paid) and 2 days at home.
An experienced Quantity Surveyor you will have power/HV/Transmission experience and or heavy civils and be NEC4 ECC literate. FIDIC experience is useful.
