This pivotal role involves managing National Nature Reserves (NNRs) including Castle Eden Dene, Teesmouth, and Cassop. The successful candidate will focus on land management techniques and biodiversity conservation, collaborating with communities and partners to promote nature recovery. Responsibilities include leading NNR work programs and ensuring health and safety across the sites. This position requires a minimum onsite presence of 3 days a week and may include weekend and evening work.
