You will need real enthusiasm for the role played by supported lodgings carers in the lives of children and young people in our care and: A degree in social work, current Social Work England Registration and to have successfully completed the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) Experience of building effective working relationships with children, young people and families A friendly and flexible attitude Good organisational skills Strong communication skills Please refer to the attached person specification for the full criteria. If successful, you will be required to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
