What you will do
* Conduct assessments and investigations related to child protection, ensuring the safety and welfare of children in need.
* Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
* Prepare and present reports for court proceedings, demonstrating a keen understanding of the Family Safeguarding model and systemic practices.
* Engage with the PLO process effectively, providing support and guidance to families throughout.
* Ensure compliance with all legal and statutory obligations within the child protection sphere.
* Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate the best outcomes for children and families.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in Court work, PLO, and Child Protection is essential.
* Must live locally to Southampton and have a driving licence with access to a vehicle.
