Location: Silsden Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: £14.00 per hour Requirement: Full UK driving licence Are you passionate about supporting people to live rich, fulfilling lives? We're looking for a compassionate and proactive Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 2:1 support for a bright, creative, and sociable 24-year-old young lady with cerebral palsy. She enjoys a wide range of activities - from arts and crafts in her cosy summer house, to watching horror movies and building Lego masterpieces in the living room. Whether it's heading out into the community or enjoying a chilled day at home, you'll play a key role in helping her live life to the fullest. About the Role: As a valued member of our team at Libertatem Healthcare, you'll provide personalised, holistic support that empowers this young woman to maintain her independence and explore her interests in a meaningful way. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Supporting with personal care and day-to-day tasks Suctioning and feeding via Mic-Key gastrostomy Administering prescribed medications Managing and monitoring seizures Driving and accompanying her to appointments and social outings Encouraging and participating in her hobbies (yes, Lego building is part of the job!) Creating a warm, trusting relationship with her and her family What We're Looking For: Experience in complex care (including suctioning, gastrostomy feeding, seizure management) A kind, calm, and patient approach A confident communicator who can build rapport Someone creative, flexible, and ready to get stuck into fun and engaging activities Full UK driving licence ??
