We are seeking an Employment Tax Director to join our wider and rapidly growing Tax Advisory team in the UK. This role can be based in a range of locations in UK South and will largely operate on a hybrid basis with some travel when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Provide employment tax, global mobility, tax consultancy and compliance services to a broad range of UK SME businesses, multinationals and high-net-worth individuals.
Offer specialist advice on global mobility matters including international tax planning and compliance for mobile workforces, policy design, and international social security planning.
Deliver employment tax advice including pensions, contractors, benefits, expenses, termination payments, share-based remuneration and global incentive plans.
Manage Revenue audits and due diligence reviews.
Provide tax planning advice for high-net-worth individuals.
Key Requirements
CTA and/or relevant accountancy qualification with experience in a medium or larger firm.
