Campaign Manager
12-month FTC – hybrid role
South Yorkshire
Grafton Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for a Marketing Campaign Manager on behalf of a successful company based in South Yorkshire. This is a 12-month contract-based role.
This role calls for a strategic thinker who excels at delivering integrated campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences and drive measurable impact.
THE ROLE:
Some of your responsibilities as a Marketing Campaign Manager include:
* Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, covering digital, print, events, and partnerships.
* Develop tailored strategies for different audience segments, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality creative assets.
* Oversee CRM systems and use analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
* Present campaign strategies and results to senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.
* Manage website content updates and ensure alignment with campaign messaging.
* Implement SEO and paid media strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
THE CANDIDATE:
* Minimum 4 years' experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management.
* Proficiency in CRM platforms, CMS (e.g., WordPress), and analytics tools.
* Experience working with Email Marketing Automation Tools.
* Highly analytical, with the ability to track campaign success and optimize based on insights.
* Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience with graphic design or familiarity with design tools will be a plus.
