Fabrick Marketing Communications is seeking an experienced, commercially aware Head of Client Services to lead on a number of high-profile accounts and support on overall client service offering. The purpose of the role is to drive growth within existing accounts, and unlock new business opportunities with the support of the senior leadership team.
This is a hybrid role combining strategic account leadership with hands on business development experience. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with an enthusiasm to learn and have an entrepreneurial mindset in order to maximise opportunities across the client portfolio. The candidate will also need experience with team leadership and be able to lead on marketing campaign strategy and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Serve as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of key clients
- Lead client strategy, campaign planning and support the Directorate team with client reviews.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality work meets client expectations and KPIs.
- Lead on integrated marketing campaigns and have the confidence to challenge opinions and viewpoints. - Oversee budgeting, resourcing and commercial management of accounts. Business Development
- Identify, nurture and convert new business leads.
- Develop tailored proposals, coordinating the creative teams to deliver exciting campaigns that are fresh and equally targeted.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities and present the agency externally. - Report to the senior leadership team on a monthly basis.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and building strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in winning new business and growing existing accounts.
- A rounded knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy and building omni channel campaigns.
- Acute commercial awareness.
- Strong communication both written and verbal, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Works effectively and confidently under pressure.
Desired Qualities
- Experience in a creative, digital or content marketing agency.
- Construction and built environment knowledge.
- Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands- on capacities.
- Network of industry contacts within the built environment.
