This setting provides a warm, inclusive environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and grow through play-based experiences aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate learning activities in line with the EYFS framework. Observe and monitor children’s development, contributing to ongoing assessment and planning. Work collaboratively with staff and families to support every child’s unique journey. Candidate Requirements: Experience working with children in an EYFS setting (employment or placement-based). A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its practical application. Warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to childcare. Excellent communication and teamworking skills. An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
