About the Role We are looking to appoint a passionate and motivated Early Career Teacher of Geography to join a supportive and forward-thinking secondary school from September 2026. What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed
Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback
Work closely with experienced colleagues to develop your teaching practice
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including form tutoring and enrichment activities
Participate fully in the school’s ECT programme and ongoing professional developmentWhat We’re Looking For
QTS (or on track to achieve) and a relevant Geography or related degree
A strong understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies
A passion for Geography and the ability to inspire young people
Commitment to high expectations and inclusive education
Strong communication and organisational skills
