Benefits and Change Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Benefits & Change Managers to join the Humber Health Partnership Digital Services Team on a fixed‑term contract for two years. The team is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management and support of the Group’s Digital Strategy.
Managers will deliver the change and benefits associated with the implementation of an Electronic Patient Record system. Successful candidates will possess excellent communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and change‑management skills. A good understanding of clinical and operational processes in a hospital environment and experience in hardware and software are essential, along with a collaborative team approach. Travel to other Trust and local healthcare provider sites will be required.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and facilitate change management, ensuring correct methodologies and documentation are maintained.
* Plan, develop, and implement future ways of working.
* Engage with all stakeholders impacted by the change.
* Specify detailed user requirements and agree on development timescales with relevant suppliers/project managers.
* Provide and present complex information to stakeholders, managing resistance to change.
* Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of digital clinical systems applications.
* Ensure business change processes align with the Group’s strategic vision and digital aspirations.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent, experience within the NHS undertaking a relevant discipline.
* Experienced PC user.
* Understanding of the Data Protection Act, security and confidentiality issues.
* Advanced use of MS Office/365 product suite including Visio and Excel.
* ECDL qualification or equivalent.
* Change management and managing benefits qualification.
* PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Qualification or project management knowledge to postgraduate level.
Experience
* Experience of working within a Change Management environment.
* Experience of organising and chairing meetings and workshops.
* Knowledge of a service change activity.
* Knowledge of Benefits Realisation techniques.
* Management of projects.
