Job Title: Business Travel Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our Manchester team. The role offers a hybrid working model, primarily based in Manchester, with opportunities to work remotely. Join us during this exciting expansion of our global operations.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service by handling enquiries and reservations professionally, arranging bookings, and building traveler profiles.
* Research to find the best travel deals for clients.
* Process electronic tickets and travel documentation.
* Offer advice on visas, passports, vaccinations, and available travel options.
* Manage refunds and cancellations.
* Support and train new team members.
Candidate Requirements
* Motivated, passionate individual with previous business travel experience.
* Experience using GDS platforms.
* Excellent telephone manner, verbal reasoning skills, and attention to detail.
* Availability to work between 8 am and 6 pm on a rota basis, including out-of-hours training if needed.
