£90,000 to 120,000 GBP bonus Hybrid WORKING Location: Central London, Greater London - United Kingdom Type: Permanent Health Lead Sector Architect - Senior Manager Location: UK (SC eligible) Salary: Up to £120,000 DOE We are looking for a Health Lead Sector Architect to drive technology and architectural strategies across complex healthcare transformations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including CDIOs, CCIOs, and clinical/non-clinical leads, to deliver innovative end-to-end solutions that align with business and technology objectives. Key Responsibilities: Architect innovative end-to-end solutions spanning multiple technologies and design roadmaps for transformational change. Collaborate with senior stakeholders in the health sector to accelerate business strategies through adoption of emerging technologies. Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams of architects to grow sector capabilities. Provide technical oversight across multiple projects/programmes to ensure delivery aligns with architectural vision. Shape and advance sector technology and architectural reference assets, ensuring they remain at the cutting edge. Drive innovation and implement advanced architectural and technological strategies that deliver exceptional outcomes. Experience & Skills Required: Deep understanding of NHS national architecture, local trust integration standards, and healthcare business and technology architecture. Experience with core clinical and non-clinical systems, including Electronic Patient Records, Shared Care Records, and Patient Portals. Knowledge of BIM, IoT, Robotics, Digital Twin, and NHS national datasets. Understanding of national screening programmes is a plus. Strong experience in end-to-end solution architecture and enterprise architecture. Proven leadership in managing and guiding multidisciplinary teams delivering complex solutions. Familiarity with the healthcare vendor landscape and relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Epiq, Cerner) and agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe). Solid understanding of cloud, data, and AI technologies and their application in the health sector.
