An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Norwich, Norfolk area. This nursing home is registered for older people, employing a team of staff skilled in person-centred nursing and dementia care. To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Responsibilities
* Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
* Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and company\'s medication policy
* Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
* Report any ill health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary
Qualifications and experience
* Proven experience of working in a care setting
* A good team player
* 1+ Year NMC registration
* Well-developed time management and leadership skills
