The Role
As a Sales Valuer, you will:
* Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
* List and photograph properties onto the market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Win new instructions and contribute to business growth
* Promote company services and benefits to vendors
* Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the process
* Support the wider team in achieving branch success
Sales Valuer Requirements
* Proven track record in property listings and winning instructions
* Strong customer service and client-facing skills
* Positive, driven, and target-focused mindset
* Ability to build relationships and generate new business
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Professional and proactive working attitude

* Basic salary £30,000 - £35,000
* Realistic OTE £40,000 - £45,000
