Are you ready to take the next step in your career in social care? We're looking for experienced care professionals to take on a Deputy Manager role at our home in Halewood, Liverpool.
Our teams are committed to empowering and advocating for the people we support. As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a team of around 22 care professionals to offer outstanding care to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager of the home to achieve the highest standards of care. You must be confident in managing the day to day operation of the home as you will be someone your team looks to for support and leadership to help deliver positive outcomes for the adults in your care.

Annual salary £39,538,43.The salary is based on a 42.5 hour working week and in addition, one sleep-in per week.
Experience
* ALevel 3 qualification in social care is desirable but not essential.
* A minimum of two years of operational experience in a health and social care setting
* Experience supporting the Registered Manager (or equivalent) in the day-to-day running of a residential home
* Ability to lead a team and take responsibility for decision making in the absence of the RM
* Experience in rota planning to ensure commissioned hours are delivered
* Knowledge of regulatory and company requirements, ensuring accurate records and compliance
* Experience supporting or conducting staff supervisions in line with policy
* Commitment to ensuring staff receive the necessary training for their role
* Full UK driving licence, essential.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience in staff recruitment, attending interviews, onboarding, and induction
* Experience overseeing digital care platforms, ensuring accurate and timely record keeping
* Ability to manage and support Senior RSWs to maintain high performance
* Track record of developing a new team
* Ability to create and implement strategies that promote positive outcomes for people supported
