Role: Head of Property Management
Location: East London
Office Based | Monday - Friday
Proper Recruitment have just taken on a fantastic Head of Property Management opportunity on behalf of a successful independent estate agency in East London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property management professional who is ready to take ownership of a department, lead a team, and shape processes within a growing and well-respected business.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the property management department.
* Lead, manage, and mentor the property management team to deliver exceptional service.
* Implement and improve processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.
* Act as a senior point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
* Ensure full compliance with current property management legislation and best practice.
* Manage workloads, KPIs, and service standards across the department.
* Work closely with the Directors to support the ongoing growth of the business.
Requirements:
* 4+ years’ experience in residential property management.
* Proven experience managing portfolios and leading or mentoring team members.
* Strong knowledge of property management legislation and compliance.
* Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential
* Driving Licence and Own Car Required
Salary:
* Up to £50,000 per annum
