Overview
This role focuses on all digital channels, driving awareness, engagement, and enquiries through social media, websites, and digital campaigns. You’ll be responsible for day‑to‑day content and performance optimisation.
The Role
* Manage and grow social media channels across all three schools, creating engaging and consistent content.
* Update and maintain school websites using CMS platforms, ensuring content is accurate and fresh.
* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising (e.g. Google Ads, Meta).
* Support SEO improvements through content optimisation and keyword‑focused updates.
* Create digital content including news stories, testimonials, blogs, and basic video/photo assets.
* Monitor performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and optimise campaigns accordingly.
* Manage email marketing (newsletters, campaigns) and audience segmentation.
* Collaborate with school teams to source content and ensure alignment with wider marketing goals.
About You
* Experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation (education sector essential).
* Familiarity with CMS platforms, social scheduling tools, and basic analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).
* Understanding of paid digital advertising and SEO principles.
* Strong writing and content creation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple channels and deadlines effectively.
This is a permanent full-time role based at the Cambridge office every day during term time with some flexibility to work remotely during the school holidays.
