What You’ll Do
* Own and scale core backend systems, APIs, and internal tools
* Ship features end-to-end - from idea to production
* Make smart technical decisions that directly impact users
* Move fast, iterate constantly, and build with real product context
What They’re Looking For
* 4+ years experience building with Python, TypeScript, or similar
* Proven ability to design scalable, clean systems
* Highly autonomous - you don’t wait for direction
* Strong product mindset and sound engineering judgment
* Comfortable working fully remote in a high-performance team
* Familiar with using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to accelerate development
