About the Role
As a creative enabler, you will lead and manage all non-creative activities across a range of programmes, including Core, SV, Accessories, and Bespoke. Your mission: to ensure seamless delivery of the Design Vision by fostering collaboration, driving alignment, and maintaining momentum across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Champion the delivery of the Design Vision across all programme phases.
• Lead programme management activities, ensuring alignment with Core, SV, Accessories, and Bespoke streams.
• Act as the primary liaison between Vehicle Design and wider enterprise teams (Product Engineering, Commercial, etc.).
• Own and communicate programme content, including approved changes and studies.
• Track, measure, and report key metrics to ensure programme success.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and impediments swiftly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain credible short- and long-term plans aligned with departmental priorities.
• Ensure resource alignment and escalate gaps to stakeholders as needed.
• Guide creative teams on asset requirements based on programme needs and value.
• Embrace Agile methodologies to coordinate and deliver all programme activities.
• Share lessons learned and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
