Overview

Join to apply for the Administration Assistant role at NCH Europe.

This is a temporary administration assistant role to support the busy ChemAqua customer service team on a hybrid basis at our European head office in Bilston. The contract is fixed term for 3-4 months to cover maternity leave. Salary information is provided as a range and the actual pay will be based on skills and experience. NCH cannot offer sponsorship for any of our roles; all candidates must have full right to work in the UK.

Base pay range

Department: Customer Service
Location: United Kingdom
Compensation: £24,800 - £26,000 / year


Key Responsibilities

* Receipt, processing and forwarding of customer inquiries and orders
* Coordination with production / logistics and accounting teams, as well as within the local Sales Operations and HR/payroll teams
* Management of local shipments and returns
* Office paperwork management, including document filing, completing pre-qualification questionnaires from customers, and liaising with sales colleagues for invoices
* Manage e-mail and telephone enquiries from clients and employees
* Any other required administration duties as directed by supervisor
* Use NCH Learning or other Company LMS as required
* Adhere to NCH Europe’s health and safety standards to protect the wellbeing of all agents and employees
* Adhere to all compliance standards and operate with integrity at all times


Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

* Strong customer service skills and/or experience, strong organisational skills – essential
* Knowledge of Oracle or Salesforce is advantageous; any use would be beneficial
* Experience in a Shared Service environment is beneficial but not essential
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
* Confident in dealing with employees at all levels
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
