Overview

About the role: To support all colleagues and management within the building by overseeing the overall functioning of the office, ensuring that operations run as smoothly as possible. Maintaining office facilities, equipment and security systems, as well as ensuring that all communal areas are well equipped and functional.


Your Responsibilities

* Act as an administrator and receptionist at a single‑position telephone switchboard or console.
* Operate the telephone switchboard and divert incoming calls to the appropriate recipient.
* Greet visitors and execute identification and administration procedures.
* Perform premises checks and related control routines.
* Maintain office facilities, equipment and security systems.
* Support staff and management by overseeing the overall functioning of the office, ensuring that operations run smoothly; handle building service providers, prepare meeting rooms, maintain office equipment, etc.
* Take and sort incoming post (letters, packages, etc.).


Skills & Experience

* Experience in a similar role in a fast‑paced environment.


Hours

Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm (22 hrs).
